Having survived medical school, graduation and board exams.  I have accepted a teaching fellowship at Bastyr.  I decided that I needed a grand adventure before I started work.  My amazing globe-trotting friend Natalie was traveling for fun (her day job is leading overland adventure tours all over the world).  She happened to be in southeast Asia during the time window I had, so I decided to join her.  We met in Hanoi, Vietnam for what turned out to be one of the hottest, muggiest heat waves in history.  I got to experience bikram sleeping, bikram dining, bikram shopping, and bikram sight-seeing.  It was a really neat, if uncomfortable trip.
